Rolf Steinort, who regularly posts comments here, asked me to do a little debate on the 8 vs 16 bits depth topic, which he recorded for his video show at meetthegimp.org. So you’ll end up with some information about Switzerland, a couple of diaporamas with my pictures, a (hopefully convincing) discussion why we need to edit pictures in 16bits mode and a little demo of Cinepaint. I will definitely view that video podcasts. This is really great. Thanks to both of you. Since I’m not really on the arena of photography, this will add on my learning quest.
